Character Design Help/Critique

$15 per character or hour (depending on if you want to do it on call or not)

Traditional or Writing Commissions

Please contact me about any potential traditional commissions to work through pricing. As costs will vary depending on the size, materials, purpose, potential transportation, etc.Same goes for fanfics or short stories as it will depend on the length, time, characters/media, etc.

Fanart, OCs, Anthros, All Body Types, Any Sexuality/Gender Identity, Any Race/Ethnicity, Armor (not my speciality but can do it), Certain Monsters (please ask if I can do it), Non-Sexual Nudity*, Blood/Injuries, Weapons, Drugs/Alcohol, Political Messages (provided I agree to it/with it), Romantic Relationships, Platonic Relationships, Portraits of IRL People/Pets.
Won't do ❌
Hyper (aka increased body mass in a fetishistic way), Full Mecha, Distasteful/Bigoted messages, Full Furry (I acknowledge I'm not a furry artist, respect to those that are though), Hardcore Gore, Non/Dub-Con or Forced Kisses, Characters/People Being Abused, IRL People in Fictional Contexts (I can do portraits but won't do things like ship art of the BTS Members).I AM comfortable taking NSFW/CERTAIN Kink (please ask, some while they're harmless I'm not comfortable doing) Commissions. I will more thoroughly vet anyone who asks for this however, to make sure you are of age, coming at it from good faith, etc.* I will not do Non-Sexual Nudity of anyone/characters below the age 18. While I acknowledge, and find it important to do so, that bodies are not inherently sexual, I do not feel comfortable with even the possibility of my work ever being looked at in such a light.

Illustrator Rights & Expectations

We, the Client and Illustrator, agree to the following provisions:Work: The Illustrator agrees to create the Work, along with any supplemental materials (visual assets, etc.) as requested by the Client for the price agreed upon.Payment: This will be expected in two halves*; the first half upon successful completion of a sketch/prototype, and the other upon the full completion of the project. This is to both compensate the Illustrator for the work that goes into designing, and to ensure the ability and intent of the Client to pay. Payment is accepted through Ko-Fi, Paypal, Venmo, and (if necessary/applicable) cash/check.Refunds: Completed work cannot be refunded in any way, shape, or form. If the work is still in progress, you can get a partial refund of half whatever was paid following the sketch/prototype. There are no full refunds following the Artist and Client agreeing on a sketch/prototype to move forward on.WIPs: Throughout the process, the Client can expect the Illustrator to present periodic displays of the Work while it is still a WIP (Work-in-Progress)*. These can either happen at will, or at the request of the Client. This is to ensure the Client has full say in the final piece, as well as actively provide the artist feedback as the project is worked on rather than simply at the end.Completion: Upon completion of the Work, it will be handed over to the Client for a final approval*. The transfer of all related files (PSDs, Illustrator files, etc)** will soon follow, and the Copyright of the work will henceforth be at the discretion of the Client. Copyright of the work pertains to any material used during the process of the Work (sketches, finals, flats, etc). At this point, the full payment will be expected (as per above).Early Completion: The Illustrator is at the discretion of the agreed upon timeframe. If the Work finds itself completed ahead of schedule, however, the clauses outlined above will go into effect early. If a project is forced to be ended early due to anything on either the Client or Illustrator’s end, further negotiation may ensue to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion for both parties.Copyright: Rights, including but not limited to copyright, ownership, and publishing, belong to the Illustrator while the Work is in the process of being completed. And before the second half of the payment is received (as per above). Following that, the Copyright belongs to the Client, who may use it for any purpose and edit as need be.***Use by Illustrator: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Illustrator reserves the right to the fair use of the copyrighted material for the purposes of portfolio displays, posting on social media platforms, and other forms of self-promotion. As well as reproduction for merchandise (such as prints, charms, etc).Client Responsibilities: Aside from proof of intent of payment, the Client is responsible for providing any outside references that pertain to the successful completion of the work.Law: Any and all agreements are legal documents under the jurisdictions of the court of the State of Indiana (the Illustrator’s home state). If at any point any Agreement becomes unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then the contract shall be voided. And the work will be put on hold pending a new contract between the Illustrator and Client.* Ko-fi requests are excluded. Full payment is expected upfront, and, aside from abiding by the original request, the final content of the image is at the discretion of the Illustrator.
** Ko-fi requests will only have the image (PNG) posted.
*** Ko-Fi requests may NOT be used/reproduced for profit by the requester, unlike official commissions.
